He has held senior leadership roles with organisations including ICICI Prudential, Max Life Insurance, Max Healthcare and Aster DM Healthcare, where he led transformative initiatives across people, processes, technology, customer experience and organisational culture.
He has also represented the healthcare CX community as a speaker and panellist at leading industry forums in the UAE.
He has trained and mentored more than 200,000 professionals and led large-scale transformation journeys across industries, helping organisations build high-performing teams and customer-centric cultures.
